Booking Process:

All bookings must be confirmed via call, WhatsApp, or online form.
Advance payment is mandatory for confirmation.
Travel itinerary must be clearly shared at the time of booking.

Modifications:

Any changes in schedule must be communicated 24 hours before departure.
Sudden changes may attract additional charges.

Weddings are special, and so is our Luxury Bus Hire for Wedding service. To maintain discipline and comfort for all, a few guidelines are mandatory:

During Wedding Hire:

Only pre-approved number of guests are allowed.
Vehicles cannot be used for drunken celebrations, DJ setups, or party activities that disturb public decorum.
Extra cleaning or damages caused may be chargeable.

Decorations:

Basic flower/banner decoration may be permitted.
Any major decoration must be informed in advance and done without damaging the vehicle.

Timeliness:

Clients must adhere to pre-scheduled pickup and drop timings.
Delays beyond a grace period of 30 mins may be charged.

Our prices include driver allowance.
Tolls, parking, and state taxes (road tax, entry permits) are extra unless specified.

Customer Responsibility:

5. Maharaja Tempo Traveller Hire on Rent – Terms of Use

If you're hiring our Maharaja Tempo Traveller in Lucknow, expect royalty in travel and clarity in terms.

Key Conditions:

Minimum booking duration may apply (6 hours or more).
Booking must be made minimum 6-12 hours before the planned journey.
Advance payment required to lock vehicle.

Cancellations & Refunds:

Cancel within 48 hours: Full refund
Cancel within 24 hours: 50% refund
Cancel within 12 hours: No refund

Damage Responsibility:

Any damage to upholstery, AC vents, or LED screens inside the vehicle will be chargeable.

6. Payments and Refunds

Advance Payment:

30-50% advance required for booking confirmation.
Balance to be paid before or on the day of the journey.

Refund Eligibility:

Depends on cancellation timing and reason.
No refund if cancellation is made after driver has started the trip.

Dispute Resolution:

All payment disputes to be resolved via email within 7 working days.

7. Vehicle Availability and Substitution

While we strive to provide the exact model you choose, certain conditions (breakdown, delay, high demand) may result in similar model substitution. We ensure:

Similar features
Same luxury class

In case of unavoidable delays, we notify customers as early as possible and arrange the best alternate.

8. Photo/Video Consent & Testimonials

If you share your experience or photo/video testimonial with Lucknow Taxi Company (via WhatsApp or email), we may use it on our site/social media for marketing purposes unless you instruct us otherwise.

Your privacy is always respected, and we do not disclose personal contact details in any promotional content.

9. Luggage & Belongings Policy

Customers are responsible for their own luggage.
Avoid keeping valuable items unattended.
Lost items, if found by the driver, will be returned at customer’s expense or pickup.

Lucknow Taxi Company is not liable for lost/damaged items left in the vehicle after trip completion.

10. Legal and Jurisdiction

All our terms fall under the legal jurisdiction of Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. Any disputes, complaints, or claims will be settled in local courts of Lucknow.
